The Old Cross and the New

THIS...
is a great commentary from A.W. Tozer. It is always good to remind ourselves just what the cross represents and to never become comfortable with trying to "pretty-up" our faith so as to make it look appealing to the world.

Rick Frueh said...: There is no new cross, only the one on which God gave His own Son on a little hill outside Jerusalem. Inconspicuous to the world, but world shattering to the gates of hell. The cross has always been an offence, but today they have taken God's Holy cross and made it an American Christmas tree.
