LIGHTS ON! for Earth Hour
On March 29, 2008 at 8 PM Eastern Standard Time, I will be turning my LIGHTS ON in honor of THIS EVENT.
Oh, I will also be cranking my air conditioner, maybe put on a movie, and will have my Apple computers humming at full capacity and maybe run an errand or two in my SUV. I want to increase my "human footprint" on earth.

Save the World ! We all will die if we keep driving our cars and using our ACs .
Please participate so we can make a difference PLEASE!
Turn off your lights , don't mow your lawn , unplug your refrig. We need to act now before we all die .
Gobal Warming is a Fact!
It's all George Bush's fault ..he wants to kill innocent people ..like in Iraq.. He wants to pollute the water etc. I think it is all the conservatives who waste and spend all the energy.

According to Scripture, Adam's job was to tend the Garden. He altered the environment for his family's benefit and pleasure. The Bible tells us to work, not be idle. The earth was made for man, not man for the earth. Stewardship, not worship.

Thank you for the response.
I too enjoy the earth the Lord has given to us and I will use it for my gain. All people use the earth for their own gain .
This 60 earth hour thing is a joke , it is from the liberals and it is only a "feel good" thing and something for people who are guilty for something "we" and they are doing " wrong" .
I do not feel guilty for using the earth and all it has to offer for the gain of our country or for personal gain .
Thank God for His provision. The Lord is great and he provides for His children and others.

Phil (and Kenny),
The earth is to be tended and cared for, not worshiped. Does that make it OK to abuse it? Is Global Warming a reality? Only time will tell. I find it hard to believe it's a BAD idea to conserve resources.
Kenny, your comment about your SUV is interesting. Why do you feel the need to increase your footprint? Did God command you to be fruitful and drive a lot?
Perhaps you should check out this and we can dialog about your attitudes.
