"The Chief Danger of the Church Today

"The chief danger of the Church today is that it is trying to get on the same side as the world, instead of turning the world upside down. Our Master expects us to accomplish results, even if they bring opposition and conflict. Anything is better than compromise, apathy, and paralysis. God give to us an intense cry for the old-time power of the Gospel and the Holy Ghost!"

Keep on dude, Amen!
Your post touches a new and interesting topic. Try not to repeat topics from the past.
Much of the New Testament is about discipleship, more than fire insurance. Churches should have the same focus on discipleship more than on evangelism. That priorities seem to be the other way around in many churches, especially the liberal ones, with their focus on demographics instead of training in doctrine.
